Quepos, Manuel Antonio National Park is located 93.75 Miles southeast from San Jose, Costa Rica; on the Central Pacific area, it takes approximately 3 hours driving from Juan Santamaria International Airport or 20 minutes flight only.
Manuel Antonio National Park is conformed by 1.983 acres and around 55.210 marine acres with the El Rey Beach induction located on the south area in Manuel Antonio between the Naranjo and Savegre rivers.

The Park’s principal attraction is the combination of beaches, rivers and the forest biodiversity were you will find around 109 mammals species such as “Pizote”, the two and three finger sloth bear, raccoons, Cappuccino monkey, Titi monkey (endemic and in danger specie), “Guatusas”, Lizards, snakes among others; 184 bird species such as Toucan, Pelican, Fisher Martin Bird, Guaco Bird, and a great variety in insects. What it concerns to flora is has the characteristic to poses humid and very humid grounds and forest. Next to the beach you will see a great quantity of trees and mangrove.

The Park has very well designed paths were you can go and get to places like Punta Catedral, Puerto Escondido, Gemela Beach, the Waterfalls and the Puerto Escondido Viewpoint
